Get evidence retention status
GET/v1/click/evidence/retention/status
Returns, for each acceptance on the requested page, when its retention period ends and whether it is active, close to expiry (30 days or fewer) or expired. Acceptances are listed oldest first, one page at a time. Narrow them to a window on the time the acceptance started with createdAfter and createdBefore. pagination.total counts every matching acceptance, not just this page.
