Delete a deployment
DELETE/v1/click/deployments/:id
Permanently deletes a deployment that has no revision history. A deployment created through this API always has one, so it answers 409 CLICK_DEPLOYMENT_HAS_REVISIONS: deactivate it instead. Requires the click:admin scope.
