Create a document upload handle

/v1/locker/uploads

Issues a pre-signed PUT URL for uploading a document directly to storage. The client must upload bytes to uploadUrl using the returned HTTP method and headers within 15 minutes. Once uploaded, the uploadId can be passed as documentUploadId to POST /v1/locker/documents/upload within 24 hours.

    Correlation id for this request, returned on every response (success and error). Quote it when contacting support to pinpoint the exact request, and use it to correlate your own logs. It is the same 128-bit id as the trace-id segment of the traceparent header.
