Delete recipient
DELETE/restapi/v2.1/accounts/:accountId/envelopes/:envelopeId/recipients/:recipientId
Remove a recipient that has not completed, from a draft or an in-process envelope. Returns 200 with the removed recipient. A completed recipient, or the only remaining recipient in the routing step in progress, is rejected with 400 RECIPIENT_UPDATE_FAILED; an envelope that is no longer open is rejected with 400 ENVELOPE_INVALID_STATUS.
