Export a template
GET/v1/sign/templates/:id/export
Export a template as JSON. Defaults to Propper format, which round-trips
straight back into POST /v1/sign/templates and
POST /v1/sign/templates/import. Pass format=docusign for the
Docusign-compatible shape used by migration tooling.
