Filters
Filters let you narrow search results by document attributes, date, type, owner, and tags. They work on their own or combined with a keyword search.

Applying Filters
- Run a search, or open Locker → Search with an empty query to browse all documents.
- Click Filters to expand the filter panel.
- Select one or more criteria, results update instantly.
- Remove a filter by clicking × on its tag, or click Clear all to reset.

Available Filters
Date Filter by upload date or last modified date. Choose a preset range (Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days) or set a custom start and end date.
Document Type Filter by document category: Contract, Invoice, Receipt, Report, Certificate, Policy, Agreement, or Other.
Owner Filter by the team member who uploaded or is assigned to the document.
Tags Filter by one or more tags applied to documents. See Metadata & Tags.
Custom metadata field filters are not yet available, custom fields are coming soon. See Metadata.
Filters are additive, each one narrows results further. A combination like Type = Contract + Tag = vendor: acme returns only Acme contracts.
