Get template recipients (Docusign shape)
GET/restapi/v2.1/accounts/:accountId/templates/:templateId/recipients
Returns the template's recipient slots in the Docusign recipients
shape. Propper templates carry signer slots only, so every non-signer
recipient collection is present but empty. The templateId may be a
document-generation template id or a native Propper template id.
Requires the docgen.compat.docusign_gen flag for the calling org.
