List Templates (Docusign shape)
GET/restapi/v2.1/accounts/:accountId/templates
Lists the account's templates in the Docusign envelopeTemplates list
shape. A document-generation template is listed under the templateId
usable in genAndConvertEnvelopes / genAndSendEnvelopes; other
templates under the id returned at import. Requires the
docgen.compat.docusign_gen flag for the calling org.
