Roles & Locker Access

Propper uses a single set of organizational roles across all products. Your role determines what you can do in Locker, and your organization's plan determines whether you can see Locker at all.

note

Locker is only visible to users in organizations with an active Locker plan. If Locker doesn't appear in the navigation, contact your account team.

tip

If a user needs broader Locker access, the fastest path is to update their role at Organization → Members. Role changes take effect immediately on their next page load.

How to Change a User's Role

Only organization admins can change roles.

  1. Go to Organization → Members.
  2. Find the user and open the actions menu.
  3. Select Change Role and choose the new role.
  4. Confirm the change.

warning

Changing a role affects access across all Propper products, not just Locker. Review the full role before making changes to avoid unintended access elsewhere.

Inviting New Members

Roles are assigned when a user is invited to your organization. Go to Organization → Members and click Invite Member to add a new team member and select their role.

See Access & Sharing for the full invitation steps.
