Automatic obligation reminder emails are not yet available. This page documents the intended experience ahead of launch.
Once available, Locker will automatically email obligation owners as due dates approach, so your team is reminded to act with enough lead time.
Planned Behavior
- When an obligation is created, Locker will begin monitoring its due date.
- Reminder emails will be sent to the assigned owner on a configurable schedule.
- If the due date passes without the obligation being completed, an overdue alert will be sent.
- Org-wide reminder defaults will be configurable at Locker → Settings → Obligations.
What to Do Now
Until notifications are available, track upcoming obligations manually from the Obligations dashboard, which groups items by Overdue, Due Soon, and Upcoming.
