Propper Sign lets you send any document for signature and collect legally binding sign-offs from anyone, employees, clients, contractors, or partners, without printing, scanning, or chasing paperwork.
Every agreement is tracked in real time. When the last person signs, Propper automatically finalizes the document and attaches a tamper-proof record of who signed, when, and how.
How It Works
Set up a template, Upload your document and mark where each person needs to sign, fill in information, or acknowledge a clause. Save it as a template so you can reuse it without starting over each time.
Send an agreement, Fill in the recipient names and email addresses, then send. Each person receives a secure link to their inbox.
Recipients sign, Recipients open the link, complete any required fields, and sign, from any device, no account needed.
Completed and stored, Once everyone has signed, the agreement is finalized. Propper locks the document, attaches a completion certificate, and stores everything in your account.
