Create an agreement
POST/api/rest/v6/agreements
Creates an agreement from either a library document or a transient
document and adds the participants. When state is IN_PROCESS the
agreement is sent for signature immediately; DRAFT and AUTHORING
leave it unsent. Provide exactly one of fileInfos[0].libraryDocumentId
or fileInfos[0].transientDocumentId.
