Upload a transient document
POST/api/rest/v6/transientDocuments
Stages a document for a one-off agreement. The file is supplied inline
as base64 (fileInfo.documentBase64). The returned transientDocumentId
is short-lived and is consumed by the create-agreement endpoint via
fileInfos[0].transientDocumentId.
