Reporting

When you need to share acceptance records with a compliance team, respond to a legal request, or pull data into an internal report, Click lets you filter and export your session data.

Filtering your data

You can narrow your export to exactly what you need using any combination of:

  • Date range — show only sessions within a specific period
  • Template — show only sessions for a specific agreement

Without any filters, an export includes all acceptance events across your entire organisation.

For compliance audits

Filter by template and date range to pull all sessions for a specific agreement version. Pair the results with Evidence Bundle downloads for a complete record package to share with auditors or legal counsel.

note

For large date ranges or high-volume organisations, allow a moment for the export to complete before downloading.

What's included in an export

Each exported record includes:

  • Session ID — a unique reference for this interaction
  • Template — which agreement was shown, and which version
  • Outcome — Accepted, Declined, or Expired
  • Timestamp — when the interaction occurred
  • User reference — if your application passes a user ID to the SDK

For the complete evidence record — including IP address, browser context, agreement snapshot, and cryptographic proof — use Evidence Bundle downloads rather than the analytics export.

Programmatic access

All reporting is also available via the Analytics API, making it straightforward to pipe Click data into a BI tool, data warehouse, or compliance platform.
