Propper for Salesforce

Propper for Salesforce brings Propper Sign (eSignature) and Propper Gen (document generation) into Salesforce, so your team can send agreements for signature and generate documents from the records they already work in.

What you can do​

  • Send for signature. Pick a template, confirm the recipients, and send an agreement for signature from a record.
  • Generate documents. Generate a document from a template on a record, with the record's data merged in. The finished PDF is saved to the record's Files.
  • Track status on the record. Signature status syncs back to Salesforce, so your team can see where every agreement stands.

Supported objects​

Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity, and Case. You can also send from, and generate on, the standard and custom objects you configure.

How it connects​

You connect Salesforce to Propper with OAuth: there are no API keys to copy or rotate. A guided Setup Wizard walks an administrator through permissions, the connection, record pages, and the first Send Configuration. See the setup and administration guide.

Before you start​

You need a Propper account with an active subscription that includes Propper Sign, and Propper Gen for document generation. Propper for Salesforce is free to install; signing and generating use your Propper plan. Create or manage your account at app.propper.ai.
