Custom Branding
When recipients receive an agreement, they see your logo and colors, not Propper's. Your brand appears in invitation emails, the signing page, and completion certificates, giving recipients a consistent experience from start to finish.
Custom branding availability depends on your account plan. Go to Settings > Branding to get started.

Advanced Branding
Certificate Branding
Go to Settings > Branding > Branded Certificates to add your logo to completion certificates. You can upload a separate certificate logo and choose its placement, top left, top center, or footer.
Multiple Brand Profiles
If you manage multiple brands, departments, or clients, create separate brand profiles for each.
- Go to Settings > Branding > New Brand Profile.
- Configure the logo, colors, and email content for this profile.
- Give the profile a descriptive name.
When creating an agreement, select the appropriate brand profile from the brand dropdown. Each agreement can use a different profile.
Troubleshooting
Logo not appearing, Verify the file is under 2 MB and in a supported format (PNG, JPG, SVG, WebP, GIF). Confirm the brand profile was saved before sending.
Colors not applying, Confirm the correct brand profile is selected when creating the agreement. Verify the hex color codes are valid (for example, #1A73E8).
Email deliverability issues, Contact Propper support to verify your sender email address and domain authentication are correctly configured.
