Click Analytics

As soon as a deployment is active, Click starts tracking how users engage with your agreements. You can see at a glance how many people have viewed each agreement, how many accepted or declined, and when it was last seen — without any setup or configuration.

What's tracked

For every active deployment, Click records:

  • Views — how many times the agreement was shown to a user
  • Acceptances — how many users accepted
  • Declines — how many users declined
  • Last Viewed — when the agreement was most recently displayed

These counts update in real time as users interact. If a session times out before the user responds, it's recorded separately as Expired and does not affect your acceptance or decline totals.

Analytics are tracked per environment. Your Production, Staging, and Development deployments each have their own separate counts — test interactions never appear in your live numbers.
